Hip Lift (04:54)

Students lie on their backs and bend their knees with their feet on the floor. They lift the coccyx and pelvis. They lift one hip and then the other.

Rolling Fists Upward (04:18)

Students bend their knees with feet on the floor and place their arms out to the side. They make fists and roll them upwards and bring them back to the middle. Then, they lift the pelvis while rolling the fists.

Rolling Fists Downward (04:15)

Students bend their knees with feet on the floor and place their arms out to the side. They make fists and roll them downwards and bring them back to the middle. Then, they lift the head while rolling the fists.

Complete Fist Roll (03:13)

Students bend their knees and place their arms out to the side. They make fists and roll them upwards while lifting the pelvis. Then they roll them downward while lifting the head.

Non-Habitual Fist Roll (03:34)

Rosenholtz urges students to stay within their comfort zone. They bend their knees and place their arms out to the side. They make fists and roll them downward while lifting the pelvis, and then upward while lifting the head.

Fist Roll Differentiation (05:57)

Students make fists with their arms out to the side. They turn the head from side to side while rolling fists in opposite directions.

Fencing Movement (02:57)

Students kneel with the left foot standing. They stretch their arms out in fists, twist their torso, and roll the front thumb up and back thumb down. They lean forward on the front foot and back again.
