Cathy is a grieving widow whose husband died from cancer. She tried various types of therapy, but working with horses is what helps her overcome grief.
Spending time with horses allows a person to feel his or her grief and then release it, leaving room for confidence. Cathy works with Holly on allowing people into her life. By the third session, Cathy has confidence and feels like she can take charge of her life.
Dawn socializes goats so they can participate in yoga. She has pygmy goats, screaming goats, and fainting goats. Dawn takes her goats to birthday parties and the feed store; yoga classes are the last step in socialization.
