This iconic 1988 film stars Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise; it was the first film to bring attention to autism. It was a box office success and won several Academy Awards.

This movie made in 1990 is an autobiographical film about Levinson's grandparents who had come to Baltimore as immigrants.

This 1991 film is the story of Bugsy Siegel and stars Warren Beatty and Annette Benning. It is a gangster movie and a love story.

This 1996 film stars Kevin Bacon, Dustin Hoffman, and Robert De Niro.

"Wag the Dog" (03:51)

Levinson reunites with Hoffman and De Niro in this political comedy made in 1997. A fabricated war directs public attention away from sexual misconduct by the president.

"Bandits" (03:43)

This 2001 film stars Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton, and Cate Blanchett. It is a true crime themed comedy. Levinson drew stellar performances out of the actors.

"What Just Happened" (04:34)

De Niro and Catherine Keener star in this Hollywood satire based on director Art Linson.
