Training Teigan (05:04)

Marcel trains Teigan with the help of a certified service dog trainer from Canine Country Inn. Teigan is learning how to ignore distractions, be well-behaved in all situations, and protect Marcel. With Teigan, Marcel can go fishing and to public events with his family.

Dogs Help Children Read (02:13)

Power Paws Assistance Dogs breeds, trains, and places dogs for people with PTSD, mobility issues, and diabetes; it also has a Literacy, Reading, and Life Skills program. When the dogs are present, children want to read to them and they become more engaged with learning.

Sarah and Therapy Animals (03:39)

A Great Pyrenees mix named Luna and an Irish sport horse named Bono help Sarah with anxiety and bipolar disorder. Horses provide therapeutic riding through Circle of Hope. Bono specializes in youth mental health therapy.

Sarah and Service Dog Luna (06:30)

Sarah started working at Con Brio Farm and attending college, but she struggled. Sarah trains Luna to help her with pressure therapy, reducing anxiety, confidence, and sociability.
